This is how you can manage a domain's auto-renew setting, or renew a domain manually at any time, from within the domain's settings:
- Login at superherodomains.com/login
- Go to the Account Overview page ("Home" page) and click on the "Domains" box.
- Alternatively, you can go in the top menu to "Domains - My Domains".
- At the domain list, click on the row of the domain to go into the domain's settings (however, if you click on the actual domain name link, it will take you directly to the domain's website).
- In the domain settings, on the left, under the heading "Manage", click on "Auto Renew" to go to the page where you can turn auto-renew on or off for the domain.
- Also on the left under the heading "Actions", you will see "Renew Domain", where you can renew the domain manually at any time. To manually renew multiple domains at one time, when in the domain list at "Domains - My Domains", there will be a button near the top that says "Renew Domains", then it will come up with a page where you can add each domain to the cart for renewal.
Invoices and notifications for domain renewals are generated 30 days prior to the domain's expiration.
If auto-renew is enabled for a domain, and the payment option is set to use a credit card, it will automatically attempt domain renewal 15 days prior to each domain's expiration date, using the credit card on the account.
To add a credit card to the account, when logged in, you can go in the top menu to "Billing - Payment Methods", or go directly here: superherodomains.com/payment-methods
You can also use PayPal to pay for the domain registration. In this case, when renewing the domain manually the first time using PayPal, you should be able to set up a PayPal subscription that will bill the domain's renewal automatically on the same date every year that it was first renewed via PayPal. If you want to use PayPal, contact us, and we will switch your billing option over to PayPal.
